EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Sounds of Holiday, we take pride in carefully inspecting and packaging every order. Due to the nature of our products and our small-batch inventory model, all sales are subject to the following Exchange and Return Policy.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

All purchases made through Sounds of Holiday are final sale.
We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds, except in the limited circumstances expressly outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled after payment has been submitted.
Because orders are processed and prepared for shipment promptly, cancellation requests received after payment cannot be accommodated.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Sounds of Holiday must be notified in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • Notification must include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the damage

    • Clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the exchange request being denied.

 

INCORRECT OR FULFILLMENT ERRORS

If you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Notification must be made in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Exchanges are limited to the exact same item originally ordered

  • Substitutions, upgrades, or alternative products are not permitted

 

EXCHANGE TERMS

  • Exchanges are granted only for the same item

  • No refunds will be issued for exchanged items

  • Items must not show signs of use, alteration, or damage beyond shipping-related issues

  • Sounds of Holiday reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange

 

REFUND EXCEPTION (LIMITED)

A refund will be issued only if:

  • A qualifying damaged or incorrect item has been approved for exchange and

  • We are unable to provide a replacement for the same item within sixty (60) days of written notification

This is the sole exception under which a refund may be granted.

 

FINAL EXCHANGE DEADLINE

Under no circumstances will exchanges or refunds be accepted more than thirty (30) days after the original shipment date, regardless of delivery date or circumstances.
